One thing became consistently clear. Capable people often lose confidence when they feel stuck, overwhelmed, burnt out, or uncertain about what comes next.
Most don’t need unrealistic motivation.
They need structure, encouragement, practical support, and someone who can help them see possibilities more clearly again.
