one focused consultation of up to 40 minutes;
one professionally prepared one-page resume;
a personalised Employer Action Guide;
five to eight initial employer targets;
practical job-search scripts, guidance and recommended next steps;
one set of minor resume revisions requested within seven days.

It may suit students in Years 10 to 12, school leavers and young people with limited work experience.

Sometimes the question is broader than finding a job. You might be unsure what you want to do after school, weighing up study, training or work, reconsidering an original plan, or simply needing more time to work out what comes next.
Waypoint also provides individual career support for Years 10–12 students and recent school leavers.
HOW SPRING JOB STARTER WORKS

You will receive a response confirming whether Spring Job Starter appears suitable.
If clarification is needed, or another type of support such as broader career guidance may be more appropriate, Waypoint Careers will explain the options.
3. Complete the next steps
Where the service appears suitable, Waypoint Careers will send the Agreement and Consent form, payment details and appointment options.
